• For some APIs, 25% of the time, requests for those APIs are rejected.
• This specification does not apply to API requests to Pixela supporter users.

After this specification change

• For some APIs, 25% of the time, requests for those APIs are rejected.
• This specification does not apply if the user meets any of the following conditions:
• If the API request is for Pixela supporter users.
• If the user was created earlier than Pixela v1.25.1 (July 31, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. JST).
